That’s exactly what happened at the Granville Hotel in Waterford on April 2nd, where ncco founder Natalie teamed up with the brilliant Margaret Julian for an incredible masterclass on CRM and GDPR. Network Ireland Waterford hosted this fantastic “Collaborate to Elevate” event and we couldn’t have asked for a better turnout or more engaged participants!
Natalie was in her element, doing what she loves most – helping businesses understand how to make CRM work for them (and not the other way around!). She shared tonnes of practical tips and real-world examples that businesses could start using right away, covering everything from:

Margaret Julian from The Compliance Specialist broke down those tricky GDPR regulations into bite-sized, manageable pieces. Together, they showed how CRM and compliance go hand in hand in creating a robust, trustworthy business.
Our favourite part? The Q&A session! It was amazing to see so many lightbulb moments as Margaret and Natalie answered questions and helped solve real business challenges. There’s nothing better than seeing that “aha!” look on someone’s face when they finally understand how to make their systems work for them.
The energy in the room was electric, with everyone sharing experiences and making connections. It’s exactly what we love about these events – bringing people together to learn, grow, and support each other in their business journeys.
