Natalie Garland-Cooke – Founder
With 25+ years’ experience across business systems, CRM/ERP, operational and digital transformation, process optimisation, customer care, sales, and project management, Natalie has worked everywhere from agile start-ups to large banks, pharma companies, engineering firms, and tax specialty practices.
She is vendor-agnostic by principle, not just by positioning – every technology decision is made on genuine fit for the business, never on commission or convenience.
Natalie’s operational strength lies in seeing the whole picture: aligning people, process, and systems so that transformation actually sticks, not just on paper but on the ground. Removing data and tech silos is a passion of hers. She has led Business systems strategy, implementation and training programmes that delivered sustained year-on-year sales growth, built business systems and process foundations from the ground up for fast-growing companies, and delivered complex business systems transformation within demanding, multi-stakeholder environments – including highly regulated and engineering-led organisations.
Alongside her technical and operational expertise, Natalie brings a strong people-first approach – supporting teams through change, helping operational staff understand the “why” behind transformation so that new ways of working are properly embedded and sustained, not just implemented.
Natalie holds postgraduate qualifications from UCD in Digital Transformation Management and Project Management (with Distinction), and has won multiple awards from Thermo Fisher Scientific, Sage, Highly commended for STEM in Network Ireland Regionals and All Stars Thought Leader in Process Optimisation.
Katie Tether – Consortium Lead
Katie is a senior business analyst and programme lead with deep experience translating complex, multi-stakeholder requirements into delivered outcomes – across utilities, hospitality technology, health, financial services, and insurance.
- Business lead on a €180M national-scale smart metering transformation programme – requirements definition, multi-vendor evaluation and selection, and stakeholder alignment across business, operations, and technology, working alongside major consultancy partners on programme delivery
- Built a customer success function from the ground up at a fast-scaling technology platform – introducing customer journey mapping, tiered service models, CSAT measurement, and a customer-informed product roadmap that shifted development from reactive to outcome-led
- Extensive cross-sector business analysis, service excellence and process transformation experience, including large-scale data quality remediation, customer journey mapping and change management.
Joseph Rose – Senior Technical Advisor
Joseph is the consortium’s senior technical voice. With 20+ years across full-stack software, enterprise systems (CRM and ERP), cloud and on-premise infrastructure, AI, and automation, and CTO, COO, and CEO-level roles behind him, he advises on technical strategy and architecture the way the rest of the group advises on business and operations: where a system should be heading, what to build versus buy, how to approach AI and automation, and where the real technical risks sit. Because he has personally built and run the core software behind multiple commercial platforms, that advice is grounded in delivery rather than theory, and he can stand the solution up as well as shape it.
Nicky Devereux – Hands-On-Support
With 15+ years of experience working with companies and individuals, ranging from manufacturing to therapists, facilities management to photographers, Nicky’s passion is for making life more organised and streamlined.
This, combined with her natural interest in all things science and tech is a natural fit for making the lives of our clients easier as she heads up our Customer Service, Web Development, Brand and Digital Marketing support teams.
Phil Cooke – Administrator and Company Secretary
Phil is the Administrator and Company Secretary of ncco. Whilst working in the background most of the time to support general and financial administration, the team put Phil’s music and sound engineering skills to use when required. Phil supports the team to add a little finesse to some of their clients’ sales and marketing requirements, such as explainer sales videos, background music to videos and podcast intros and outros.
