Looking back on 2024

As the end of 2024 races towards us, we’ve been taking some time to reflect on the milestones, achievements, and experiences that have defined the year for ncco. It’s been a wonderful year of growth, collaboration, and embracing new opportunities, and as a team, we’re very proud of all we’ve accomplished. Here’s a look back at some of the highlights:

Pushing Boundaries

“A shout out to Nicky, who, once again, has been an invaluable part of ncco’s success this year. Her support in keeping everything on track and her encouragement to embrace video content (something that is definitely outside of Natalie’s comfort zone!) has made such an impact. The CRM video tips have been really well received, with great engagement and feedback. The traction we’ve seen proves the the value of stepping into new territory.” – Nat

Media Moments

Being featured in Business Plus and Waterford Chamber of Commerce magazines were fantastic opportunities, as was the appearance of our founder Natalie Cooke on Conall Ó Móráin’s That Great Business Show podcast alongside colleague and client, Stephanie Wickham from Expat Taxes All of this has allowed ncco to reach new audiences and share Nat’s expertise in CRM and digital transformation more widely.

Amazing Clients

The team has been fortunate to work with outstanding clients throughout the year. Businesses like Kirby Group, Nemeton TV, and Inheritancetaxreturns.ie have trusted ncco to help streamline processes and deliver meaningful results. Their collaboration and confidence in ncco’s services are greatly appreciated.

Supporting Women in Business

ncco is committed to supporting women in business, and one of the year’s highlights was Natalie’s participation in Propelor BIC’s Women in Business Forum. Sharing insights on the challenges of digital transformation with this inspiring group was both an honour and a rewarding experience.

Thank you to Ann Marie Shannon ACA, AITI CTA & Alison Flynn of Veritas for their unreal ‘go the extra mile’ financial and company advise… we are growing because of your outstanding support.

Personal and Professional Growth

Life shouldn’t be all about work, and this year has also been a journey of personal growth for our founder, Natalie. Nat is especially grateful to Paula Short Therapy for providing training and support that has shaped her professional and personal growth this year. Esther Yeadon also played a key role in helping Natalie pursue a creative passion—learning the craft of pottery, a long-time dream brought to life! And finally a big thank you to Barbara Creane for being Nat’s early morning sea swimming companion and all round amazing friend in all things business and life!

Looking Ahead to 2025

As the team looks back on 2024, we’re all feeling very grateful to the clients, collaborators, and supporters who have been part of ncco’s journey. The year has laid a strong foundation for continued growth, collaboration, and success in 2025. We’re excited to see what 2025 holds for us all!
